Standard Use Agreement
Truck stop establishments are required to enter into a standard use agreement with Second State Gaming as the terminal operator before applying to the PGCB for a license.
The operator will install and maintain ALL gaming equipment. The operator gives a percentage of the earnings to the establishment hosting the VGTs.
As the licensed establishment, you provide public access to the VGTs to those over 21 years old and maintain your lottery license.
A central computer system operated and maintained by the state will monitor all activity on the machines and provide accountability to all parties involved.
Second State Gaming will help you customize VGTs to fit your location. We will coordinate installation schedules and maintenance of the terminals. Once installed, our experienced team will continue to support you for success, so you realize the maximum financial benefits of VGTs.
